Welcome to Class (“Class,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, participation in our membership programs, applications for trips, attendance at experiences, and interactions with our brand.

By accessing our website or participating in any Class experience, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services.

1. Eligibility

To participate in any Class offering, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Submit truthful and accurate information
Be approved through our application process (where applicable)
Agree to comply with these Terms at all times

Class reserves the right to approve, decline, or revoke applications or participation at our sole discretion without needing to provide a reason.

2. Roles and Membership Types

Class offers unique opportunities for two types of participants:

A. Models

Models may apply to attend trips or experiences with Class.

By applying as a model, you acknowledge and agree that:

Attendance is voluntary
You will not receive monetary compensation
All major trip expenses (lodging, experiences, activities) may be covered

You grant full media rights as outlined in Section 7

B. Entrepreneurs / Members

Entrepreneurs may apply to join Class or attend experiences.

By doing so, you agree that:

Payment may be required for membership or trip attendance
Fees are due at the time specified during registration
Refund and cancellation rules apply (see Section 6)
Misconduct may result in removal without refund

3. Application Terms

When applying to Class as a model, entrepreneur, or brand collaborator, you agree that:

All information submitted is accurate and truthful
Class may verify or review your submitted information
Approval is not guaranteed
Class may decline applications at its sole discretion
Class may contact you regarding future opportunities, even if you are not selected

Submitting false or misleading information may result in rejection or removal.

4. Conduct During Trips and Events

All participants must maintain respectful and responsible behavior during any Class experience.

By attending a trip, you agree to:

Follow all local laws in the destination country
Treat other guests, staff, and collaborators respectfully
Avoid harassment, violence, illegal activity, or disruptive conduct
Respect all property, vehicles, and equipment provided
Comply with instructions given by Class hosts or partners

Class may remove any participant from a trip or experience for violating these rules.
No refunds will be issued for removal due to misconduct.

Participants are responsible for any damages they cause to property, vehicles, or accommodations.

5. Travel Requirements and Responsibilities

Class may assist with travel-related coordination; however:

You are responsible for holding valid identification, visas, or travel documents
You must follow all airline, transport, and government regulations
Class is not liable for travel delays, cancellations, lost luggage, or other transportation issues
You participate in all activities at your own risk
You acknowledge that certain activities may involve physical risks

By participating in any Class trip, activity, or event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel, transportation, outdoor activities, social experiences, and any scheduled or unscheduled activities. You understand that these activities may involve physical exertion, unpredictable conditions, or interactions with other participants, and you accept full responsibility for your participation.

6. Payments, Fees, and Refund Policy

For entrepreneurs or paid participants:

Fees must be paid in full by the specified deadline
Payment is final unless otherwise stated in writing
Class is not responsible for bank, card, or payment processor fees
Refunds are only issued if explicitly offered in writing
Failure to attend a trip does not qualify for a refund
Removal for misconduct results in forfeiture of all payments

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers; Class does not store credit card information.

7. Media Rights and Content Usage

Class is a lifestyle, travel, and content-creation brand.
By attending any Class experience, you agree to the following:

You may be photographed, recorded, or filmed
Your image, voice, appearance, and likeness may appear in content
Class may use this media for marketing, branding, promotions, ads, or social media
Media rights are granted perpetually, worldwide, and royalty-free
Content may be shared with partner brands or collaborators
You are not entitled to compensation for appearing in content
You cannot request the removal of content except where legally required
You waive any rights to review or approve content before publication

This is a core part of the Class brand experience.

8. Brand Collaborations

Class may partner with brands that participate in or sponsor trips.

By attending a Class trip, you acknowledge and agree that:

You may appear in promotional content for partner brands
Class may share your captured media with collaborating brands
Collaborators may use content in marketing campaigns
You are not entitled to compensation for such usage

9. Intellectual Property

All content produced by Class, including photos, videos, graphics, branding, and website materials, is the property of Class.

You may not:

Use Class branding, logos, or content without written permission
Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content
Represent yourself as affiliated with Class without approval

10. No Guarantees or Promises

Class is an experience-based brand.

We do not guarantee:

Business opportunities
Earnings or financial outcomes
Social media growth
Brand deals or collaborations
Future participation in trips
Approval of applications

All participation is voluntary and based on your own judgment.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Class is not liable for:

Injuries, accidents, or health issues during trips
Loss of property or theft
Travel delays or cancellations
Actions of other participants
Damages caused by third-party providers
Any indirect or consequential damages

You participate in all activities at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Class harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

Your actions
Your participation in Class experiences
Violations of these Terms
Misconduct or unlawful behavior

13. Termination

Class may terminate or restrict your participation, membership, or application status at any time if:

You violate these Terms
You engage in harmful or inappropriate behavior
You submit false or misleading information
You pose a risk to the safety or integrity of the trip or community

Termination for misconduct does not qualify for a refund.

14. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

Attempt to hack, disrupt, or access restricted areas
Use the website for unlawful or harmful purposes
Misuse forms, application links, or submission portals

Violation may result in access being revoked. Class is not responsible for technical problems, system outages, lost submissions, corrupted data, or interruptions affecting access to our website, application forms, or communication channels. You acknowledge that technical issues may occur and agree that Class is not liable for delays or losses resulting from such issues.

15. Third-Party Links

Our website may include links to third-party websites.

Class is not responsible for:

The content of external sites
Their privacy practices
Their terms and conditions

You access third-party links at your own risk.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Class is legally registered, without regard to conflicts of law.

Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction unless mutually agreed otherwise.

17. Updates to These Terms

Class may update these Terms at any time.

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Continued use of Class services after changes means you accept the new Terms. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or unlawful, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Any invalid provision will be modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.
